As soon as they walk in the door, hand them a classic rum cocktail to get the party started...here are two recipes from Boston and the Cape to help inspire!

1 oz Fresh squeezed lime
.75 oz Demerara syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
1.5 oz ginger beer
Shake ingredients and serve in a highball glass filled with crushed ice, top with 1.5 oz ginger beer. Garnish with bitters and a mint sprig.

1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Muddle in shaker 2 slices of pineapple, 4-5 wedges of lime and 6-8 leafs of mint. Fill shaker with ice and all ingredients. Shake and serve in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
