From Crisp to Cool: Summertime Snack-a-Thon 2014

Summer is over half gone (although the humidity has just begun) - but don't be sad, the team here at Finance Foodie has been hard at work testing awesome summer snacks for your enjoyment! Whether it's a picnic party in Central Park, your desk at work as you countdown to Friday, or just beating the heat on your travels around town, here are some crisp and/or cool treats that will make your tastebuds shine all the time.

What: Single servings of Italian fruit gelato - inside its respective fruit
Why: Super refreshing and all naturally sweet - not to mention an aesthetically pleasing way to cool down

Good Health Popped Crisps
What: Corn crisp snacks in a variety of flavors
Why: Has a satisfying crunch but with a lot less fat - basically a healthy but tasty alternative to chips

What: gravy and cheese curd covered fries
Why: Canadian import Big Smoke Burger's first New York location brings a big (delicious) bite of Canada to the Big Apple
