Making Memories with Kodak Photo Books!

"Let the memory live again..."

Last week, my parents celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary. A milestone like that deserves a special gift  -- but unfortunately, I was all out of ideas (and funds -- being a poor grad student and all). Luckily, the Kodak Photo Gallery stepped in for the rescue.

Last month, Kodak, in partnership with Foodbuzz, invited a selected group of bloggers to created their own Quickstart Photo Book using their new Photo Book creation features. What was my theme? Well, since I believe (hope) one of the best things to come out of my parent's long-time marriage was my sister and myself, I decided to create a book showcasing all the photos from our recent trip to Las Vegas to celebrate my sister's birthday (FYI -- my sister was turning 20, so there was really no "sin" in Sin City -- unless you count all the gluttony we indulged in!).

Here were some of the photos I featured (they were mostly food, because both of us are huge-appitited foodies ;)
Decadent Banana Choco Milkshake at Holstein's
Sister checking out the Bellagio's Choco Fountain (chocolate is a recurring theme for us!)
Obligatory Scenic Shot
Enjoying the famous Giant sized Fortune Cookie at Tao
And what did the final product look like? Check this leather bound baby out!
So thank you Kodak and Foodbuzz -- you guys really saved my skin (until next anniversary, that is ;)

Full Disclosure: I am participating in the Foodbuzz Tastemaker program with KODAK Gallery. I was not compensated for this post.
